development support : facilitation and teamwork : flexible design

As scrum product owner in an agile team, I work closely with our product manager and developers to ensure that the features we develop provide the most business value in the least amount of time. As user experience analyst for the same team I must work in a flexible and disciplined manner — creating and communicating designs in small increments, focusing on the most pressing design issues during user research, and adjusting my designs in response to technical opportunities and developments.
