I've been working as a user researcher since 2003 — analysing the behaviors and motivations of people as they work and play. I love digging into data, turning it this way and that, and finding out how we can integrate findings into the development of our products. Once analysis is underway, I strive to create living documents that clearly represent a design problem or domain, and which support team-wide understanding.
