Experience design involves the creation of a persuasive product/service that optimally supports both user and business goals. I currently work closely with our visual designer, product manager and project teams to define and create a high-quality user experience for a range of logistics communication products, and have followed a number of products from concept & prototype through to productive release. I enjoy blurring the boundaries between research and design, and working collaboratively and iteratively with others to create something that none of us could have discovered on our own.
